Can`t Receive Hotmail Messages on company domain

I cant receive any emails from Hotmail on the company domains although i can receive emails from any other domains and i rechecked the company domain it works properly

Hi,

I have issue on receiving email from hotmail.com, outlook.com  or msn for my company domain.
This issue has been happening for quite some time and still not able to resolved.
I was able to receive the email from gmail, yahoo or any other web email except Outlook.com or hotmail.com.

Below is the error message I receive.

Final-Recipient: rfc822;xxxxx@****
Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.5.3 - chkuser)

It seems from the error message, your side has blocked my company domain. Are you able to whitelist the domain?
