I had a computer crash and after getting it back from IT I cannot get to my windows live mail. I have changed my password and it lets me get to my personal info page but not to my email. The mail is not the greatest loss, but all my contacts are in there.
Can anyone help me retrieve my contacts? PLEASE HELP!

Hi,
My computer crashed and i lost all my data including passwords that were saved in the browser
I cannot login to my email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Using the secret question doesn't work because i entered something random
My recovery e-mail that i provided (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is useless, i don't have access to it too.
I didn't receive any support from filling the form, i got this answer in short:
"...Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your ownership using the information that was provided..."
I really need my account back, i don't want to create a new one.
Please help me, i can scan My ID and send it.

I am facing the automatic transition from hotmail to outlook. My wife utilizes outlook express, which was an installed program in her Gateway Windows XP computer. When we had a computer crash, my wife lost all her outlook records for several months, and
this is a problem. If the new outlook program is still accessed remotely online as my current hotmail program is, then it won't be an issue. Any input?
For the last month I have signed on to Hotmail and every time I try to read my email it crashes and my computer goes to the blue screen. Sometimes it's the first email and sometimes I can read two or three before it crashes. It's very annoying because
I have to wait for my computer to reboot and start all over again.
