I see similar problems in this community, but no solution that works.

Several days ago, the contacts on my windows 7 phone just disappeared. I can see all of my contacts in my outlook program on my PC and I can see all of them on my Live.com account when I login online on my computer. I made NO changes , downloads or updates to anything...phone, computer or live.com account.

Just to test what was happening...I added a new contact on my phone and it synced up and showed up on my live.com account on my computer and in my outlook program. However, I tried adding a contact via my live.com account on my computer, and it would NOT sync down to my phone.

After many syncs, that test contact that I added via my phone has also disappeared from my phone...but I can see still it on my computer via my outlook program or by signing into my live account on my computer.

Can someone at Microsoft Support fix my live .com account?

outlook sucks big time every time i go on the computer i have to sign in even though the box is checked hot mail once you signed it was there not this **** out look has now we need hot mail back.

I don't know what is going on.  I must have done something to cause my HP windows 7 computer to not receive the same message that is sent on my HP Vista.  It is from my daughter who I receive her emails on Windows Live Mail, but then when I look at the Windows Live mail on my Windows 7, the message is not there.  I click on send/receive at the top of the page, but the connecting small window just flashes really quick, and disappears.  On my computer that I receive her messages on the window from send/receive option, shows connecting and displays new message.  I don't know what I clicked to make this start happening in the last week.  As far as I know, this just started.

I also noticed that I can send a message on my Windows 7 computer to her and she receives it.  I always check "send" to make sure it was sent, which it is.  But then when I go to my Vista computer that I receive her emails on, when I check the "send" to see if it is posted, it is not there.  I have contacted my internet service, and my pop.mail and addresses are correct in "properties" under all the headings.  I also made sure my contact list on her address is correct.  Identical on both computers. Beats me.  I am so baffled.  Please help.  How will I find out if anyone can answer my question?

Last Friday I received a telephone call at 8:45 a.m.(not impressed) and the person said they were from Windows IT and said it seemed my computer was sending unimpressive material all over the world. She asked if I could go on my computer and she would assist me in correcting this.  I told her that I do not do anything on my computer over the phone and hung up.  Ever since then I have been having problems with my facebook and hotmail.  Is there a chance this call was legit?  I have today changed my password and I hope this helps.  I keep getting a message that my MSN is running a script and I have to click the box to stop it.  So confused.

On my wifes computer running Windows 7 HP SP1 the "Working Off Line" check box in the File menu for  Windows Live Mail 2009 cannot be unticked and it keeps preventing sending e mails.  If you do a previous date "System Restore" it removes the tick box but as soon as you set it again to test it locks and cannot be unchecked. This computer has automatic update settings.

Suspect an update has caused the problem although it does not happen on my computer running WLM2009 .The only difference is my programme   Windows 7HP does not have SP1 installed. This computer has manual updates setting.

Many thanks for attention

I need to go further into my search, but it is asking for the AdobeFlash Player to be installed first.  Will it wreck my computer, and will it render my computer unsafe.

Original Title: My computer is asking for the Adobe Flash Player to be installed.  Is it safe for me to press "install" without wrecking my computer.  Not computer savvy at all.

Current MSN messenger supports storing e mails on my computer in folders. With the switch over to Skype Or Hotmail will these messages be accessible and if so how? Will the function still be available under Skype?
For 4 days now, I've been unable to access Hotmail. I got a message that"this is probably not the site you're looking for!"The tab states that it's an "SSL Error".
Apparently, I've reached server https://bay154.mail.live.com/default.aspx instead of bay154.mail.live.com.  This occurs in my main browser Google Chrome as well as Firefox. I cleared cookies and temp files from both my browsers, changed my passwords, ran my Kaspersky protection program, and  tried several system restore points on this computer, but this warning page remains.I can access Hotmail on my smartphone and  office PC,but it's very inconveinet to use that option regularly.
I'm using Outlook 2011 on Mac OS X 10.6.8 and I'm connected to our school's Exchange server. I have ~3 different computers (all running the same OS and programs) that I use within a day as I move from place-to-place within the university. I'd like to have the same files on each machine when I change my location within the university. I'd like to be able to see that I've replied to an email and be able to click on the tab that gives me access to what I replied. I'd like to have the same saved messages "on my computer" on each computer. I'd like to have the same list of contacts "on my computer" on each computer. The Exchange server doesn't give me access to each of the above listed items, although it does give me access to my inbox, sent folder, drafts folders, and the corporate contacts.

One can assume that I've sent out emails using Outlook 2011 from both computers -- thus the 2 are no longer identical in the content of the Office 2011 Identities folder.

I use an external hard drive to enable me to synchronize all of my other files between the various computers as I go from location to location. I use Synchronize! Pro X for this purpose (I'm very happy with this program; was unhappy with Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper).

My current question is: should I only make back-ups of the Office 2011 Identities folder when I move on to another computer or can I synchronize the folders without mucking up Outlook and having to rebuild the database? I'm really hoping that I can synchronize the Office 2011 Identities folders from the 2 machines.
