Unable to view hotmail inbox, get the message “Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Hotmail right now”.

I have tried from different computers and different browsers, no change. Also verified there's nothing wrong with the settings as it's possible to log in to other accounts from this computer.

Anyone got suggestions as to what might be wrong?

Lost e-mails

I have windows 7 premium, 64 bit OS

Since Microsoft switched my e-mail: (removed PII) to Outlook.com server, I am losing some important e-mails on my computer.
I still have those e-mails on my smartphone, which has Hotmail installed.
Last incident happened today: I lost one e-mail from two different messages posted me by the same sender.

Will you please let me know how can I fix this problem or how can I switch my e-mail account back to Hotmail on the computer.

Prevent Skype from just automatically downloading onto my computer

I currently have Messenger on my computer. How do I prevent Skype from just automatically downloading onto my computer when I don't want it. I do understand Messenger is going away - that's okay but I don't want Skype. I have Windows 7 Premium. Thank you for your time and help. Judy Anaya

Buonasera, io ho un packard bell come computer, e quindi fino a due settimane fa, mi sono connesso sempre wirless in internet, con il modem che ho (Alice), a un certo punto vedo che non mi si connette più, allora sono andato a vedere il problema, e c'è scritto: le impostazioni per la rete salvata nel computer, in uso, non soddisfano i requisiti della rete!

Che cosa vuol dire? Cosa devo fare per riconnettermi a internet in wirless e non più con il cavo?

Well basically this is what happened. I made a group and invited my friend into it. It should of been sent to his email. But he emailed me that he never got an invitation email which was automatically was sent by Microsoft. And I also want to send him Offline IM's but he was online on his computer at that time so was I but it didn't show on my computer that he was online and it didn't show on his computer that I was online. I have a Windows 7 Ultimate computer and my other friend has a Windows Vista computer!

When hotmail becomes outlook.com, will it be contained in my home computer, or will it be “based” remotely as my current hotmail account is?

I am facing the automatic transition from hotmail to outlook. My wife utilizes outlook express, which was an installed program in her Gateway Windows XP computer. When we had a computer crash, my wife lost all her outlook records for several months, and this is a problem.If the new outlook program is still accessed remotely online as my current hotmail program is, then it won't be an issue. Any input?

after April 8th mandatory conversion, will we still be able to use the chat function without our own computer? I use the Library computers and don't plan on buying one. But I like the Chat function. If "yes", do I have to download anything? Makes no sense to download when one doesn't own a computer.

Can we still use web messenger after transition to Skype?
