When I start to enter my e-mail address then my computer helpfully completes the address. However I have entered the wrong address and the computer also offers this as an alternative. How do I change or delete the addressesthat it suggests?

This above titled problem has been on my computer as a pop up page for 1 month.

Otherwise my Hotmail and computer is working fine. It occurred when I try to access Hotmail.

I end up going through google to sign in Hotmail.

A friend asked me to let him access his emails in his Outlook (was Hotmail) account from my computer. As far as I was aware there was never at any time an invitation to 'keep me signed in' or 'remember my password' but whenever I access Hotmail now it opens straight up to his emails.

How do I remove him from my system?
Computer is deleting emails two at a time instead of one and when returning to a previous webpage it will take me to the one before that? Using Vista.

I used to be able to connect my Sony Cyber-shot camera to the computer and would see a dialogue box asking if I wish to import pictures to computer via Windows. My hard drive has now been cleared and checked for faults (viruses, hardware etc.) because it was very slow and since then I don't get this option to import photos any more, in fact nothing happens when my camera is switched on and connected. Can I get a download Windows programme that will allow me to import my photos from my camera? I don't have software for my camera.

Be glad of some advice!

I have windows XP on my computer and I was wondering how to transfer photos from my iPhone 5 onto the computer because it says its a camera. I've gotten to where it shows the pictures on my phone and when I left click them it says save to My Pictures, but I don't want to have to go through all 700 of them and save them. So that brings me to my next question, can I save multiple pictures at at time!0? Thanks for the help!

Original title: Trouble with Windows XP.

I have a computer with windows live.  I also access windows live from other computers and go online to send emails.  My signature is not added to those I produce online, only those I produce on the computer with the software.  How do I get my signature to add to those online emails without typing it each time?

After upgrading from 'Windows 8 Pro' to 'Windows 8.1 Pro Preview', the SkyDrive folder has acquired a red cross on my laptop and doesn't sync. Earlier, on Windows 8, my SkyDrive folder was on E: and not on System Drive C:. Now,  the default folder is C:\Users\User-name\SkyDrive with a red cross stuck on it, where I had to compulsorily move all contents of my old SkyDrive folder.

Further, when I visit website https://skydrive.live.com/#cid=.............. and click on PC > Computer-name, a message reading "Sorry, but SkyDrive Can't Connect to "Computer-name"" is encountered, though I am acting from the same computer, which obviously is on and connected to internet. However, it is not possible to access the SkyDrive Settings tab, where as earlier, under General, I can select Let me use SkyDrive to fetch any of my files on this PC, if it is not done at the time of installation.

Any solution to this problem of new incarnation of SkyDrive, which appears more handicapped than equipped, as claimed ?

Hi,

I have set up Family Safety with myself as administrator on my son's computer.  However, while at first the system did record activity reports, it now shows no activity whatsoever, even though I know my son is spending a lot of time on the computer.  Also, when we overrode the time limit one time so that he could finish working on something without changing the settings (time limits) on his computer, the computer then refused to further enforce the time limits.  Any one setting that you override one time completely erases the effectiveness and enforcement of Family Safety.  I cannot figure out how to make it work, even after syncing my account and creating an on-line Microsoft account to monitor my son's computer.  I am using Windows 8, and my computer is exactly the same model as my sons.  This situation is extremely frustrating, as my son has locked me out of his computer with passwords and now I have no access to his activity.  Please help!!!!

Thanks and best regards,
