Original title: About "conexant 20585 SmartAudio HD" as requested by Skype

 

I requested a driver update to Microsoft, looking for "conexant 20585 SmartAudio HD" driver to appear in "Sound and Audio Devices Properties" in my desk top computer. However the only place where the “conexant 20585 SmartAudio HD” appeared after the download was in “Sound” - Not in “Audio” and not in in the “Sound recording” Section as it is required by Skype to work properly. The mycrophon is not working.
