exporting contacts in windows live mail

I have exported my windows live mails contact as CSV file and saved it ok but I can't export all the information.

In the check list for what to export for example birthday isn't listed yet it is in the contact details.

Is there a way to export more fields than those listed?

 

All my Hotmails are missing.

Signed in and found it EMPTY of everything. Tried to recover from deleted box; but achieved nothing. I have NOT done this!! Mails have not been forwarded; they are not in my other e/mail account or in my computer Office e/mail box. Tried to get contact details of anyone from the Hotmail account; but the way the helpline is configured; it is a Byzantine labyrinth in its construction. I ended up in going in ever decreasing circles and finished up my own proverbial!! Anyone got a contact address to a live body who can offer me a plausible answer or result!!! Thankyou in anticipation.

Group contacts: addresses not in the list are being sent emails. Why? Please help

There are 130 addresses in 1 group yet 180plus are being sent out. The group contact details don't seem to be updating. Hope you can help

Hotmail Name Change Problems?

A friend said they  had all their hotmail, and live email accounts completely deleted by microsoft, with their name change over and  all the emails, contact details, accounts, passwords are all gone.  Could this happen to my account too? I haven't lost anything so does this mean my account has not been affected? And what is the name changeover?
