I have an exchange account for work that I can't get to work on Outlook. It works fine on my Iphone, and did work for a brief few weeks on Outlook, but then stopped working - I think sometime after the service pack upgrade.
I either get a message telling me that the server is not running the correct version to enable this to happen - which having checked with the IT guy is not correct. Or when I try and add it manually I get error code 18597
I don't understand as I did manage to get it working
It would make my life lots easier if I could sort this. Unfortuately I am the only person who is running a mac and the IT guy is not very clued up on mac issues
