When I try to delete previous messages, the entire message often disappears. I want to be able to forward text or photos without having the recipient see everything that was sent previously with that message.
Every so often Microsoft.com makes me go through a verification procedure via e-mail. The problem is that it sends me email in Chinese or Japanese characters which I cannot understand. How do I get Microsoft to e-mail me in English?
I have an email correspondence that has been ongoing and now suddenly I cant open the emails whether sent, deleted, saved, Inbox - the message I get is 'Hotmail wasn't able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report'
and of course I hear nothing. Thank you for you assistance and advise.
Hello! I found an issue with my MSN messenger uploads at my home PC since yesterday. I changed the password for my Hotmail box account to see my correspondence but an error occurred with my MSN: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. The same Error caused 80072f0d.

It's true I failed to login for a few months! So it's likely my fault. But has anyone successfully managed to get their years of correspondence back?

I clicked on the Ad for the new outlook email to see what it is about and immediately disliked it, it is a case of 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' but clicking on the ad instead of giving me information and a choice automatically changed me over to the
Outlook format. Having a look around I discovered that I could return to the old hotmail so I did. However all my mails are now in clumps that are related to a particular recipient, this has made it a **** to find details of correspondence on a particular
subject when there has been a number of emails back and forth to a particular individual so my question is how do I get my emails back to the order they were in previously? Also is there anyway to avoid going to the new Outlook format indefinitely as I think
it is appalling and unnecessary.
I had a large number of recent e-mails disappear from my In-box without warning. I also received some new e-mails today, opened one and responded to it (from a known source) and all e-mails received today, including the one I responded to disappeared
from my Inbox. These are work related correspondence, and it is critical that I have access to my e-mail.
How do I backup Hotmail to my computer so I can have a secure copy of all my correspondence?
Your link to my yahoo account is faulty. It gives all the correspondence but no answers. That's case #1178581338.sent to my yahoo account.. In other words, your link doesn't work very well.
