any ideas?
So I've added some custom fields to a contact and would like to have this configuration appear for all new contacts but there does not seem to be a way to do this. I'm guessing this is going to fall under the "this isn't possible but feel free to submit
a feature request" category which seems to be the case will all related topics I've been reading such as renaming the custom fields to something more meaningful than 'Custom 1, Custom 2" etc.
Of course, I'd be happy to be wrong with my assumption and would appreciate any feedback.
Thanks--

Have MacBook Pro and work off an exchange server (Rackspace).
Just recently I can no longer search Contacts for known contacts; nor can I build Contact Group lists. I was able to do both until last week. And of course this makes it very difficult to construct a mass email for an announcement (eg 750 names)--essentially I have to write in each name vs simply pointing and clicking.
Note Rackspace confirms that problem is local--eg they could search my contact list from their end.
I should also point out that I've Microsoft Office folks have 2x know over the past month worked on my Outlook manually for problems with stalled Outlook. The problems I outline above resulted only following working with Microsoft last week to correct frozen Outlook. I called today and they now refer me to this portal, because I "work off an exchange server". All rather frustrating.
Pls advise . . .
Thanks.

The 'To:' field will only accept strings with the '@' in them; either from my existing Contacts List or a new contact. And, of course, i want to avoid having to type in twenty or more separate email addresses each time I want contact these particular
people.
Crashes on "Setting up Identity". Of course my warranty just expired and Microsoft wants to charge me $50
outlook upgrade

I've been getting emails from the Windows Live Team stating I need to do an update or my account will be deleted. Of course I'm hesitant to access this email in case it's a scam, but I also dont want my account to be deleted. Is this a legitimate email?
I just ran the latest security patch for Outlook and now all account information for Outlook is gone. I have no messages, nothing in folders. Rebuilding my identity did nothing for me. Any ideas? Of course I am between backups...... Thanks in advance for
the help!
I routinely list all but one receiver of my e-mails in the bcc column. It is of course then a permanent part of my sent mail. How can I look up those I listed as bcc after the e-mail is sent, and often, after I have forgotten who I listed as bcc. T H A N K Y O U.
