I need to update credit card info and can't without you sending me a CODE, which I can't get you to send to me!!!
My credit card was cancelled and I need to update my credit card info to pay you and continue service.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME TO THE PAGE WHERE I ENTER A CODE.  I have been to that page 30+ times, I have never received a magic code despite many, many requests.  I need another way to access my credit card information.  
I changed my recovery e mail address and I can't revive the code 
Or accesses my account 
It's catch 22 ..

Do you need to have a credit card linked to your PayPal-account to be able to tie it to your Microsoft Account?

 

Im having some problems adding my PayPal to My MSA and was wondering if I need to add my credit card to the PayPal-account instead of just having sufficient funds. Or is it true that you need 25 euro/dollar or over on the account to be able to use PayPal without an additional credit card on it?

I keep getting notices from Microsoft that my account needs updating. I have REPEATEDLY given them my updated credit card number which they have ignored. I gave them my PayPal info, they ignored that, and are still asking for my credit card. Is this a scam? 

Prior to my Windows Live Hotmail Plus subscription expiration date, I can to cancel my credit card due to unauthorized charges.  At renewal, I was reminded that I needed to update billing because I received a credit card declined notice on my auto-renewal attempt.  At that time, I entered my new card and because the notice said another attempt would be made to charge my card, I thought my subscription was safe.  Today I received a confirmation of cancellation.

 

I'm not sure what it takes to get the subscription aligned with the correct credit card.  The notice indicated I could contact customer support to reactivate "If your service term is expired, you must contact Customer Support to reactivate your service."   The cancelation notice said "To reach Customer Support, go to https://commerce.microsoft.com, select 'help', click 'Getting help' and then click 'Contact Customer Support'."  Following the instructions, the Forum is the only support provided.  This is a lot of hoops to try and continue paying for my subscription.

 

Kindly reactive my subscription.
