I have been trying to create an account for my child for several days. I can get the point of requesting parental verification. It then indicates that a credit card must be charged $.50. I have tried 3 different cards and each time the message below is returned and I cannot complete the process.

I am trying to pay by credit card and to verify that I'm an adult for a child phone. I get this message. This is with IE 10 Windows 7. I've cleared cache already. Tried Chrome. Been having this problem all weekend!

I received an email that my microsoft subscription is up for renewal, and that my credit card is expired. You have on file another card that is current. Everytime I try to delete the expired number, I am told that I have to add another card. I need to speak with someone in person about this problem.

I have been receiving email stating that my Hotmail Plus credit card needs to be updated so my subscription can be renewed. Hotmail seems to have an old alternative address where they want to send my security code. I have updated the security info as requested but still can not get into my billing information to update the card. The page now says my information will be updated on specific date and then they can send the security code to the new alternative address. What is the status of my account until the security info is updated and they can send me the code to update the credit card?
I need this address and access to Skydrive so please inform me of the proper process so my account does not get deactivated.

My credit card company changed the number on my Visa, the renewal was rejected due to the fact that my account still had the old number, and though I've added two new credit card numbers on the payment page, Microsoft keeps sending me notices on the charge that failed on the old credit card. And, to make matters worse, there's no email or phone number for contact for help. Apparently there is no online help or other help for Windows LIVE Hotmail. I'm beginning to think that I should find an email provider that has actual customer support.
