Since yesterday 6 August 2013 my girlfriend have not been able to see any new messages in her Windows Live Mail account. The following error apears at the send/receive step:
No se pueden enviar ni recibir mensajes de la cuenta Hotmail
Error de servidor: 5102
Servidor: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Id. de error de Windows Live Mail: 0x8DE20003
She is using Windows LiveMail 2012 (Compilation 16.4.3508.0205 - Spanish version) on Windows 8 x64
I've tried the following with no success:
- Log out and log in again to restart the session
- Deleted the account and re registered
- Search the ssl.live.com_MBL_SSL key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\Communications Clients\Shared\Policies but it doesn't appear
Nothing of this resolve the problem. Also on the web, the account say that it is blocked due unusual activity but I can't unblock it. Despite of this, I can read emails (but i cannot send any).
She has buyed a new notebook and maybe this is related.
