I have asked for a password reset several times. Each time I get the message that a link has been sent to two email addresses - one is an former ISP but the other is my current address which I can access on a different computer. However, I have never
received any reset link from MSN. How else can I reset my password. I have also tried the option of "cannot use any of these methods" and have not gotten a response from that either and it has been four days.
