Hi,

SOME emails to my custom domain address are not arriving. 

Today specifically an email was sent and never arrived. It was cc'd to my home address and that arrived fine.

I have checked the safe senders list and the domain name is on it. It is also not on my blocked list. I have done a search of all folders to look for the message too, but it isn't there.

Can anyone in support check for me and trace why some emails are not arriving?
I successfully managed to Configure My Domain Mails to Oulook.com. So now my Custom Domain Mails are coming in Outlook.com :)
But the problem I'm having is that I'm unable to see another person of same custom domain address as online.

We two friends having custom domain address were online on  separate  systems. Both status were online and we were in each other's contact list as well. But in Chat Window, there was a message "No contacts are online".

Do I need to do some server settings, because all other things are working perfect. No junks, receiving and sending mails properly. But chat is not working.
