I've completed the steps as documented in the Live Admin Center for activating my Custom domain. everything working fine except i am not able to receive email. Help me for this.

Hi, I am the admin of domain vivolike.com i want to have to ability to reset passwords of users thath i created.
I'm trying to use Outlook.com to manage my custom domain email for the domain: videogamepreordermadness.com
When I tried to set it up, I got this error:
"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language."
I don't think that there's anything inappropriate with my domain name or the content on my site. Can you help me fix this?
I have a custom domain setup that i use for many things in the Microsoft world. I am planning to get rid of the domain soon and would like to change the primary alias of my microsoft account to my outlook.com email address.
I can't change the primary alias myself because it says something about company policy not allowing it.
Can someone from Microsoft help me with this.

Hello, is there a way that I can reset a password for someone using my custom domain, Verbowski.com, hosted at domains.live.com? I only see the option to delete the account which is not going to work as we need the contents of the mailbox. Also, we have tried several times to submit a password reset request, however we keep getting emails back saying to resubmit.

I configured a custom domain innovationcenter.edu.vn at Windows Domain Admin Centre at http://domains.live.com. The status control panel is shown as active now.
