Hi, I set up custom domain and entered the required MX Entry into my cPanel for Mail Setup. 

It has been some time but the yellow box still appears, saying:
"You need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record. Use the settings below.
You can Cancel service or Edit mail settings"

I have tried several MX Lookup websites and they are able to tell that my DNS has been updated.

Is there another way to prove domain ownership? What happens if ownership is not proven after some time? Will my email stop functioning?

as many people here I have got the smae problem. I added my custom domain to my live domains account, but I have used 2 names in this adress in Live before.

Can you help me? Can someone contact me, so I could manage it to be working?

Hi,

We have register our domain sayya.org.pk for Outlook.com custom domain. Our organization "Sayya Foundation" is working in southern Punjab, Pakistan on different social issues i.e. education , livelihood, agriculture development and promotes the social and economic rights of women. 

This email service will be used for the office staff and volunteers and we need the password reset option enabled for our custom domain emails members.

I've completed the steps as documented in the Live Admin Center for activating my Custom domain. Now the page simply warns me (yellow box) with the following text:

It may take a few minutes to complete the changes to your service. Please check back later.
You can Cancel service or Edit mail settings

This status has been present for 27 hours+.

I am the admin of http://theclunkerjunker.com. We use Outlook.com under a custom domain for email.  I have a user who needs their email password reset but I don't see the option to do so from the domains control panel.

Is there a way to do this with Outlook? If not, what options do I have for someone who can't log into their account?

I am using domains.live.com for few domains email accounts and I am trying to change password for couple of users accounts but cannot find the reset password option. Please guide me to the settings where I can change users passwords.

After three days,  my DNS settings for my custom domain is still pending.  I have tried everything,  all of the settings are correct.  There appears to be a lot of the same question.

My domain is listed under this email address in domain management,  can you help?

I am unable to receive emails on my custom domain. I have setup my MX records and everything.
Please help me troubleshoot, how do I got about solving this. 

Below is the message I get when i try to send an email.

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

     *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain y-center.org bysmtp.secureserver.net. [72.167.238.201].

The error that the other server returned was:
550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.
Hi I am trying to setup a custom domain - luckydevilbrewery.com - I updated the MX record and TXT file per your instructions.
Last week it went from 'waiting for dns configuration' to 'pending changes.' It is still there.
Earlier today I updated the CNAME to point to mail.domain per your instructions.

Can you verify my settings and let me know what is left to do? I would like to start adding new emails for that domain soon.
