First of all thank you for the great service you are providing with domains.live.com & Outlook.com
I have a several question regarding custom domains with outlook.com
1- Is it possible to import all emails (with all folders) to custom domain email account including the existing contacts & email attachments ?
2- What is the email/mailbox maximum size with the free service (domains.live.com & Outlook.com) /email user ? GB ?
3- how to assign another custom domain administrator if I have many custom domains under 1 *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ?
Please advice ASAP.

This past few days I've been unable to receive email on my custom domain tiersman.com
MX records are set to the correct settings as far as I can tell. The name-servers recently were changed, and there were multiple records (two NS that were correct and two that were old/needed to be removed). Mail sent to the email address @ the domain.com are not delivered or come back saying there is a delay.
EDIT:
Email is being received correctly from outside-sources such as commercial companies, however no mail is being received from Hotmail accounts including the same account that is unable to receive mail. Oddly, I have other domains with no issues.
I recently changed my Microsoft Account because I set up a new one using a custom domain. This wasn't a problem because I logged into my account using a local account and then logged into SkyDrive with my old MS account. No problem.
Then I installed windows 8.1 and now I'm stuffed. I don't want to log in to Windows using my old MS account - but my new one doesn't have my subscription attached.
I know MS don't move storage between free plans, but is it possible to make the move on my paid plan? Or do I just cancel it and then start again? (That would be very annoying, although it's due for renewal next month, so it could be more annoying).

I have been using this custom domain with domains.live.com hooked up to Hotmail/Outlook.com for many years. My DNS registration runs through 2021.
Yesterday users in my domain started telling me that they were no longer receiving email.
When I checked in the admin center it said that the status for my domain had been changed to Pending DNS Configuration. Any attempt to reconfigure it warns me that all of the mailboxes I currently have will be deleted and all user's email will be lost.
Has anyone else seen a similar issue? How can I restore the domain so my users can receive email again without losing their existing mailboxes?
We have the custom domain "launchark.com". Is it possible that Junk Email Filters be completely turned off for certain accounts? Or is it possible to create forward only email addresses? Since some of the important emails are being caught by the Junk filter, until explicit marked safe, and that's not a welcome scenario when you expect all emails to be forwarded to another account, and do the filtering there.
