I recently moved my custom domain (twelve23.net) to work with outlook.com. One of my users however can't remember their password and I have no option to reset their password from the domain administration level. Please assist.

I have domains marshouse.in, memukti.com, treehousemedia.in as custom domains in outlook.com. Please enable password reset option for these domains and for future domains also which I may add in future.

I have set up a custom domain on Outlook.com. The account has been verified, but when I set up mail boxes for the custom domain via domains.live.com, any emails get bounced.

 

Its a godaddy domain so I have copied the mx and txt settings into their setting area.

 

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have a custom domain that is set to auto forward messages to my outlook.com/Hotmail address.  It has been working for well over a year, but suddenly stopped working yesterday afternoon.  I have checked my junk email, safe/blocked senders, and email rules.  But nothing has changed and nothing warrants causing an issue like this.  It seems as though something has gotten blacklisted or something else, but I have been unable to trace down the issue.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
I need to be able to reset custom domain email account passwords for the following domains:

mountaindeux.com
frozenventuresllc.com

Can this capability be given ASAP?

This should be a standard feature of custom domains. Do you know if this will ever happen?

     I've got the same issue of 100s of other (as I've just discovered browsing these forums) : trying to use a custom domain and getting the infamous "domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language".

Domain: promodue.com
Description: a real world (as in: not online/digital) marketing, promotion and advertising company.

Wanted to move from gapps but I'm now concerned about the timing since I see a lot of other people have been waiting months for this to be resolved for them

Brief background:

I'm new to Outlook.com. I created a user and set up a custom domain so I could add an existing email address to that domain. Due to the DNS changes to verify the domain, I couldn't figure out how to add an account to that custom domain and import email from that domain's old mail server (hosted on a regular linux webserver). The process to verify the domain would detached my ability to import to it. (Or is there a way to do that?).

So what I did is import the email from that custom domain email address into the Outlook.com account created first, before I added a custom domain. Now I am hoping to import that email across Outlook.com from one account to the other.

Is there a way to move email from one Outlook.com account to another? I tried half a dozen ideas and they all came up short. I'm stumped and hope there's a solution to the problem.
