1) I keep receiving messages that the server is down or not responding.
2) I cannot see all my folders. Actually I cannot see any of my custom folders I made in the web interface. I see only This problem does not appear in Geary which can see all my custom folders.
I have Thunderbird 24.1 with default settings.
I would really appeciate any reply. Thanks!
Hello
I have suggested earlier and want to point out why there is no Folders tab in the left pane it should display all default folders the custom folders and the size of the folders listed .
Will the Cut Copy Paste buttons appear in Outlook.om
Thank You
I currently have 8 Top Level Folders. I am trying to add a subfolder to one of the Top Level folders. I receive a message that I have reached the limit of custom folders.
As an organized individual, having one big IN BOX is not efficient nor an option.
Is this a BUG or a limit? If it is a limit (and sure hope not - I just converted all of my email to OUTLOOK.COM and advised my contacts).?
If so, can MS provide us with what the limits are, and if they can be removed?
So far, we've had various statements about the maximum number of TOP LEVEL FOLDERS. I have 8. I am getting this error.
This is a MAJOR BUG OR LIMITATION.
Can someone from the product team please make a statement.
We don't need yet another person saying "I will be pleased to help you" and unfortunately not offering any benefit. Can someone who knows the code and the software that supports OUTLOOK.COM PLEASE make a statement.
This is using the WEB interface.
Microsoft?
Hello,
It seems that many have suffered this issue and it has not been properly addressed in any thread by Microsoft staff. Since it was advised that those of us experiencing such issues start a personal thread, here I am.
Problem: Old emails prior to 2011 in my Inbox suddenly disappeared...possibly due to the hotmail>outlook transition.
Facts: I sign into my hotmail account everyday | I did not accidentally delete them | I have attempted to restore from my deletion folder to no avail | I do not have Sweep automation with any email addresses | Any emails older than 2011 only appears in custom
folders or quickview folders
Any help would be appreciated in retrieving missing emails.
Thanks,
Justin
