Yesterday I was able to send email but not receive email. Calling customer service offered very little help. I received email later in the night hours after it was sent? Is my email full?

I have had problems sine Sept 5th signing in. opening  and replying to eemails. The formatting is upside doen.

 

You NEED an phone Customer Service systam. ASAP.

Is this email from hotmail customer service bogus?

I just recieved an email from "hotmail customer cre(*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) They say  a trojan virus has been detected in my windows live folders and Y should click the reply tab and fill in all my user name, pass word year of birth and country in order for them to upgrade my account with the new secure 1024 bit key anti virus firewall. Is this legitimate. The subject line says, "Email Alert (Verigy Now!!)

 

I just verified my account, reset my password, answered alot of questions, did recovery process now the account its still blocked

I went to customer service and did the recovery of my account, answering all questions inclusive mothers birth place, got a link to reset my password, did reset and looked into my account which tells me that it is still blocked, and I am now going to Google. This is to much harassment. This account is only days old and I did send perhaps 20-30 mails, now being suspect to spam. This is ridiculous!

There is no clear recovery system, these webpages send you around in circles and after a few pages you end up the same page you started, but no solution.
Stupid questions like "Why do I have to verify my account?" ,
instead of showing solutions to how can the account be unblocked.
The verification process doesn't work, sending a code by phone doesn't work, requesting an automated call doesn't work!
