Once I was migrated to Outlook.com I could not update the CC used for my Windows Live Hotmail Plus subscription and now it is expired.
Now under Outlook.com I would like to reactivate my service however the only customer support option provided is to use these community forums which I consider unsecure and completely inappropriate for resolving customer issues regarding billing information. I would like either a way to reactivate my service online myself or a phone number to customer support to a person who can work with me to accomplish this.
