I have had to sign in with my fiancee's account because mine has been blocked (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) for nearly a week, so I don't even have the opportunity to question the forum.  I have emailed Customer support, MSN and requested codes to be sent to my phone 7 TIMES(!) and still had no response.  Every time I try to get into my account, I get stuck in a loop which takes me back to a prompt for an email that I no longer use (and yes, I have updated my hotmail acc to include an up-to-date alternative email).

I have been using Hotmail for 12 years with no problems, but this is the second time that this has happened in a month.  I have been using the account to apply for jobs, and now prospective employers can not get in touch with me.  Hotmail is no longer reliable and I would recommend that friends and colleagues switch to Gmail.  I am VERY disappointed with the complete lack of service that has been provided.

Please be in touch with me (through my fiancee's account or my phone number) asap, before I lose out on any more job offers...
