how do you fix "windows live communications platform has stopped working" it happens all the time

 

Recently (last few weeks) I've been getting multiple junk emails every day in my inbox, this hardly ever used to happen. I don't want to set filter to exclusive, I just want standard filter to work! I don't expect it to be perfect but over last month or so its got much much worse. Please fix this asap.
the time and date of email arrivals in my inbox is not right. how do i get the time to reflect the accurate day etc?
I've just received an e-mail at 16:56, but the time the email was sent was sent (according to top of the email ) was 19:57 +08:00  on the same day. How can get an email 3 hours before it's sent or does the +08:00 after the means it was sent in a different time zone.  Am I being scammed, this person is supposed to live in London?
When I try to send email to more than one person it tells me I have met my quota.
When I check emails on my phone, they are all there, but not on my PC.  They have been coming in all together and I don't expect to receive this  batch until about 6pm today.  These batches come in about twice a day.  This has been happening for the last week or so.  Can you tell  me why this is happening?  I have also lost some mail.

I sent an email once to my husband and he is receiving the email at the rate of around 2,500 per day.  I am getting a message saying that the email is being delayed being sent about once an hour. This is one email being sent multiple times. How can I stop it being sent?

Obviously, Wells Fargo sold my e-mail address. Where my inbox used to contain ZERO spam, I am now flooded every day by the same people I mark as junk the previous day...
