This is really ridiculous, between my husband and I we have lost nearly 2 days of our lives because once a movie is created in Movie Maker and saved there is only audio and a Black Screen in the playback.
This is not a codec issue, it is not a driver issue, it is not the source files and it is not the version of movie maker causing this problem, I know because I have run through all the troubleshooting that has been mentioned in this forum and others for the
past several years.
It should be simple, and Microsoft should know how to fix this, since there are so many instances of the issue. This did not happen previously when I have used this software, so there is a conflict that is somewhat recent.
Please help, I have already missed deadlines because what used to work, no longer does.
