I am using outlook 2011 for mac. we have two email accounts set up, but must go into Microsoft Database utility to toggle the default account. There is a short cut that can allow u to select the account to use at startup, as I have done it on my office
computer. It was so long ago I cannot recall how i did it. Any suggestions?I have searched everywhere with no luck.
I have 2 email addresses/accounts. I can only read/receive emails from the one that is set as the default address. How do I read/view/send emails from the second address without changing it to the default address. I know somehow I can have the 2 email
accounts listed on the left hand side of the page and click onto each address to send/receive address specifically for that account.
If When I try and select a link in a signature of an email received to respond, I do not get the option of selecting the master account settings set up in the Outlook profile. It wants to default to an iCloud account or personal email account. I do not
get the option to select the corporate exchange account. How can I add this for the exchange account be my default account?
I have two accounts configured, one designated as default for sending emails. However, it always reverts back to the non-default account even though the verified settings specifies the other account. Any ideas?
A secondary email account in Windows Live Essentials 2011 always requires a login. Why is this and how do I abort the procedure? I have "removed" the account and "added" the account several times. Should it have a password different or the same as the
default account? The default accont performs properly withou the need to login.
