Why can I sign in to my Homepage but not my email, msn and outlook? Default response is there is a problem, if this persists notify Microsoft.

I have been trying to sign in to my email, both msn.com and outlook.com, but I can't access either. I get an error message that there seems to be a problem at this time, if the problem persists contact microsoft.

I have tried to sign on both from my phone and my laptop, same problem.

Would enjoy checking my email today as everything worked very well yesterday, this has been persisting since 0600 mountain time this morning
