Since 2013 I Have Experienced A lot Of Problems Deleting My Account And I Need Some Help When I Click ''Close Account'' It Says I Need To Cancel Paid Services And Microsoft Points But I Have Not Paid For Anything And When I Click Payment Options It Says I Have No Paid Services I Need Help Please Somebody Help Me
