Hello, 

I am writing this message as Support have recommended I start a new thread so assistance can be provided. I have not been able to send email now for 3 days. Delivery notification status states that my email was blocked by Spamcop.

Help would be GREATLY appreciated! 

My family have been sending emails to me over the past couple of days using their btinternet addresses, the senders are not receiving delivery notification failures and the emails aren't visible in any of my folders, junk or otherwise. I notice that there a number of open discussions on this on the forum, is this a known issue? Thanks.
