ONLY happens the first Friday of every month. Second month in a row with this BS.
Send emails out during the day Friday. Get delay notices on Friday night/Saturday morning (email send time +12 hours). Will get failure notices Saturday/Sunday (+48 hours form send time).
Emails going to too many different domains for them all to be down (4.4.7). Aol; Gmail; private;
The one incoming email that came in at 1:17am is blanked for privacy.
I have no issues with incoming mail - but outgoing... Second time this happened, last time was exactly one month ago, all emails that went out on Friday - were bounced back as delay - and failed by Sunday/early Monday.
WTF - Outlook.com?
(also - MS - please don't try to tell me that it is something on my end - because I have no issues the other 29/30 days of the month, and the last time a tech remoted in to "fix" my problem - they regedited me out of my existing office mail profile; office install; and blew out the system so bad I had to call in to re-activate windows).
The email goes out, it is shown as sent in outlook on my desktop, and in outlook.com, and the Win 8 Mail app. Don't have some level 1 tech idiot tell me that the problem "must be on your end"/"your office install is bad"... the mail goes out - your server receives it - how can it be a problem with my desktop AND tablet AND laptop. It is mail that goes out through this account - no matter which machine or application it is sent from.
First Friday, past two months.
Can we solve this problem?

Suddenly, last week and this week, I am getting the error "delivery status notification (failure) on outdoing emails that I send to valid email addresses. No matter how many times I try, I get the failure notice. I have emailed to these addresses before. Please note, this is not happening with all emails, just a select few so some are getting through and some are not.
I am a Hotmail conversion to Outlook.com. I have a primary account and a secondary account which I have "linked" so that my secondary emails now come into my primary account. I also have the option of of using my primary or secondary email address in the "from" title. I have noticed that these failures are happening when I try to use my secondary email address in the "from" area to reply to an email or to create an email from my primary account. As a test, after I could not reply to an email in my primary account using my secondary "from" address, I logged into my secondary account and replied. Surprisingly, the email went through with no failure. So, I am wondering if the failure notices I am receiving are somehow caused by my "linked" accounts. Any and all help is appreciated.
I am unable to send to a group/distribution list via outlook.com. I did find 3 bad email addresses from my list and have since removed them. Now all 50+ email addresses are valid and I am still unable to send group emails via outlook.com.
I have read prior emails on similar issues and the answers always seem to be sent via private emails. Most posts also ask for the header of the Delivery Status Notification (Failure) email message.

To make things more complicated, my account on outlook.com is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. There is no POP3/email server for digismile.ca.
This email address is simply redirected to my ISP email which is dhiron@shaw .ca.
I then have my outlook.com account retrieve all of my pop3 email that is sent to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is successfully delivered to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
I have outlook 2007 and I send 100% of my emails via active sync to my outlook.com account. I can send individual emails no problem. I just can't seem to send to a group/distribution list.
Using another profile that has shaw.ca setup as a POP3 account and uses their smtp relay to send emails, I can send to the same distribution list. However, I would like to have my outlook 2007 configured with a single account and send via that account and my preference is to use my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** outlook.com account. That account has no problems sending individual emails to the same recipients. I just can send via this outlook.com account from outlook 2007 if it is to a distribution/group list.

I have always been using hotmail.com so I dont understand why they get a message that the outlook.com is failing.
I do however receive the original email.
I tried sending myself an email to both the hotmail and outlook adress and both times I got the message shown above. So everyone who sends me emails does get the delivery status notification stating that it failed. I do however receive all the emails (as far as I can tell)
