The service status page, however, shows everything is operating normally.  For Outlook.com is phone support availble to further diagnose the issue?  I understand it is a free service, but I want to ensure the operations team is aware of the issue and what the expected time to repair is.

I attempted to forward a photo on my iPhone5, to 3 relatives...but I got the error message below:   Delivery Status Notification (Failure) ? (in a box) Part0 1.1KB   I tried calling Verizon - no idea what went wrong I tried http://postmaster.live.com - no solution apparent I tried Apple & iPhone - no solution   What must I do to be able to send the photo???    

I just sent an email to an invalid email address via webmail and this is the bounced email I received:

The webmail bounced email doesn't tell me why the email address was bounced.

On the iphone, I open up the same bounced email and I can see the diagnostic info on why the email was bounced:

After sending many messages, I get many *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  Delivery status notification (faiilure) or something similar returns.  Opening this I get:

and the body of the message that was sent.  No error codes or anything else!

 

This happens for about 25% of a mailing, and these addresses cannot be sent no matter what I do.  Sending through SMTP from hotmail account I have had for 20 years or so.

 

I can recapture these email addresses, but how can I send to them?

We have had our hotmail account for about 11 years, and this is the first time I have encountered this problem. We use this account for our law firm. This morning I emailed some contacts from our contact list and shortly after I sent the email, I received an email stating my email failed to send. The message was from postmaster.mail.hotmail and the subject was delivery status notification (failure) Please help me fix this problem!

When ever I receive an emai a rouge reply is sent back to the sender, it usually comes up with "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" how can I stop this I have changed my password but the problem persists?
