How do I access and download all my emails left on the Hotmail server? (FYI - we have 2 computers, an HP and a Dell. I normally work on the HP, but right now it will not power-on and is being sent in for repair. So I am writing this from the Dell, and I need to perform this process using the Dell. Using the correct address'/password etc Microsoft web access appears to part load ie I can see the screen layout but its frozen and unworkable. Additionally it saying "loading" on the screen but nothing happens???

Windows 7 on Dell laptop-open with Internet Explore:
Skydrive has not synced files for 6 months. When I try to retrieve files thru hotmail account/web/skydrive account.
Did a uninstall-performed complete shutdown and reboot-reinstall and prevents me from installing Skydrive app giving error message #0x800cal. Have 680 gig of storage uused. Have to resort to attachments from email to share file stored with Microsoft Office 2010.
So can not do a "Fetch Files" because right click on Icon does not give those options. I read all of your previous posts.
My old Dell 1555 died, I saved the hard drive and now have it as a USB external drive. I am setting up my new Dell 5530 and need to transfer my Windows Live Mail - CONTACT list from old to new laptop (both Win7/64 home). The old computer died before I could "export" Contact list. Please Help!"
