[SPAM] e-mail Designation

I am trying to determine why all my incoming e-mail messages have a [SPAM] designation on them as they are not spam.  I've looked through all the help and was unable to find any reference to this issue with Windows Live Mail.

is there a way to designation a folder other than “sent” BEFORE you send an email?
