My Outlook account is shown as having been suspended as the direct debit has been declined. have checked with my bank and they say that they have not received any request for payment. The bank account information shown is still correct so I have no idea
why the subscription has not been renewed. There is no facility to edit the direct debit information in any case. I have tried to mange the subsriction and change the payment method but always seem to get to a dead end. There is no live support for Outlook
so I have no real alternative but to cancel my subscription.
The old credit card has expired, I am trying to change to direct debit. I have added the direct debit details but am unsure how to make this the primary payment method. When I attempt to delete my credit card the warning advises 'The
subscriptions listed below are associated with MasterCard xxxxxxxx. Please select another payment option to use for your subscriptions before you remove payment option MasterCard
xxxxxxx'
But when I reenter my bank account details under this function the system advises the payment details already exist. Can anyone help?
