Unable to verify my domain for custom emails with outlook.

Hello,

I am trying to register my domain name to Live in order to create some custom emails for our company domain, ethnify.in .
I followed the explanation from the Domain settings verification (to create a DNS TXT record with a specific string value) 
and waited for more then a week now, yet the check is still failing, and it keeps on saying "Pending DNS configuration".

I cross checked the DNS settings through for eg. MX Tool box (link below), everything seems ok.

Can you please check and let me know where am i going wrong??

Also, I just want to bring it to notice that, my domain name is registered
with godaddy.com, and I am hosting it through bigrock.in . I've added my domain
ethnify.in as an addon domain to one of my other domains.

DNS Settings problem – Need help please

I am having problems with updating MX records for windows live. I have done everything required except I could put "7200" in TTL box because its the minimum value i could write there (3600 was mentioned in windows live mail setup). Still DNS configuration is pending. Please help me what to do. I am really frustrated by this setup thing.
My domain setup is cpanel based. Its something else I dont know. Please guide me what and how to do. Thanks in anticipation. 

I need an email address of someone who can access the DNS servers at Microsoft.

I used to have a Microsoft Office Live Small Business website. I closed that in April 2012 - but search engines are still finding DNS settings at ns1.officelive.com and ns2.officelive.com - which should have been deleted in April 2012

The images below give evidence that the account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has not been cleared from Microsoft's DNS servers NS1.officelive and NS2.officelive

I need these DNS settings removed from the Microsoft server as it is conflicting with my current www.dorsetdog.com, which is hosted on Google Sites

It is interesting that the thumbnail image on the image below is of the old homepage that was/is hosted on Microsoft Office Live, which is vastly different to the homepage that's hosted on Google since April 2012 at http://www.dorsetdog.com

Please help me to find a contact to get these deleted
