Hello,
i am trying to add "www.kjmtrust.org" in Windows Live Admin Center. It gives me an error called "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

We are getting this message whenever we receive emails from @arayna.com addresses. We know this email address isn't fraudulant because we own it and use it for our piano teaching business. A SPF on this domains email was set up months ago but this has made no difference. The SPF was set up to combat a problem we had with "Viagra" emails being sent with our domain name - a common practice as I'm sure you are aware, and one which is totally out of our control. This has now stopped and the spammers presumably have moved on to some other unsuspecting victim.

SPF, to my understanding, works by compairing the senders address with the return address. We are sending emails from our own @arayna domain address to our ll346lp@hotmail account, so in this case we know that the addresses are the same. I fail to see how SPF would prevent the problem we are getting as it is intended to reject emails with differing addresses.

If any prospective clients email us for rates etc... and our reply to them is met with your "Be careful! This sender has failed our fraud detection checks." it could not only damage our reputation with them, but they could then go on to tell others. The use of the word "Fraud" is quite emotive, especially as you have never contacted us to test the validity of our domain, and we feel that your message in this instance could be held as libel.

As you can see, we are very angry that your system is branding our domain as such, and would be most greatful if things can be put right as soon as possible.

I was attempting to apply for Windows Live Admin Center for my email hosting earlier today. The website has given me the reply: This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

The domain is www.thealphagamers.com am I wrong in thinking this isn't inappropriate in any way? Please help.

Thank you.
Hi there,

We are unable to use the domain name scootcrewcomms.net to setup email accounts on Windows Live Admin Center.

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

The domain is registered for an airline company in Singapore.  Please advise.
Hi

I am trying to add a domain to Windows Live Admin Centre at domains.live.com

Every time I try to add I get the message:

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

Support link seems to send my browser in a loop and can't get to where I need?

Could anyone advise, I've been trying to get this sorted since last Friday, and keep getting told to go to different places by people from Microsoft!

Would really like to just add this domain and get on with using it!

Thanks in advance

Howdy,  I am sure you know the drill:  "Trying to setup Windows Live Admin outlook mail for my domain  X  and I get this message :This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language,.."

This is a big issue and I understand that it is your system that is flagging these names this way.  I am looking for a reasonable solution (time and effort wise) as I register names for clients.  We all want to use Outlook.com  but this problem causes issues.

So far through trial and error I can see that if your domain has the word "Financial" in it then it will be flagged.  When this happens I hope to use this thread and move it to private, resolve the issue and then make it available for later use or others.
I do not really want to display my clients domain name in this space.

I have 3 domains right now that are having issues.
f**********financial.com
m*********Financialservices.com
w***Financial.com

Each one of these is attached to a real Financial Advisor

Ok  enough said. From what  I can tell you have to manually check the domain names so please help me by pulling this into private and I will send the right info to get these resolved.

Can you please let me know:
1) do I need to do this for each domain?
2) What information do you need to get this resolved

Thanks Kevin
