I am trying to setup a custom domain with outlook.com and I am getting the following error.

 

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language

 

The domain is the same as the one used in the email for this microsoft account.

Hi!

I cant register my domain for mail hosting because outlook shows this error:

"
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case
"

The domain is www.meetpays.com

I dont know why is considered inappropiate....

Hi There,

I am trying to create www.oktav.is-a-doctor.com from Windows Live Admin Centre however I can't make it with the following error

"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

My intention is to create an email for my niece's and she is a doctor. I already regoster this domain from dyndns.

Please let me know if I can/can't create this domain.

I am a Google Apps user and have been trying to register a domain name with outlook.com with no success.  The name is MEBankers.com, we are a small mortgage banker looking to switch off Google apps and try a different solution. We have tried at least 4 different domains we own and all have come back with the prohibited name error..... Is there something I'm missing ?

Hi, I am trying to set up my own domain on Outlook.com but getting the above message.
The domain name is sippay.co.id
The website represents my payment service business which is based in Indonesia.
The business serves customers who want to pay their bills, from electricity to cable tv services, all in one place. I just set up the website recently and I can guarantee there is nothing inappropriate on the website. 

Please unblock domain above so I can register my own domain on Outlook.com as soon as possible.

Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.) This domain is in czech language and means freelancer. In your system will be probably set name volna like protected word. Is it possible to do with it anything? Thank you Vana

I would like to register jillsimmonspayroll.com with outlook.com.  It is a small business and shouldn't fall under the category of a protected word / inappropriate language.  Could you guys unblock the domain?

We make art glass globes and there is nothing inappropriate on our website.

Hi All,

After a bit of help from the back end team on this one.

Need to have this domain added to live.com but am unable to as It is saying 

"This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

Can anyone that reads this please BUMP.

Anyone else that is needing help with the same issue, unfortunately the only thing to do is post here and wait for service from Microsoft.

Many thanks and hoping for a quick resolve.
