I'm trying to setup: renovationistes.com and I get an error: Domain name contains a protected word or inappropriate language

Does someone know how I get Microsoft to make it available for use? So far I've managed to go in circles between the microsoft support and windows support web sites trying to find the coordinates for Outlook.com support but have been unsuccessful at finding the right place to send the request.

Hi All,

I am new to all this and really need help.

I have purchased a domain name and am setting up a website through six.com.

I have been using my hotmail email address professionally for a while and do not wish to change it. Now I would like the email address connected to my site so when people 'leave a comment' on my contact page of my website it will go to my hotmail.

Now I understand I have to specify my MX Records for my hotmail, which I apparently can get from my 'admin centre' yet hotmail doesn't seem to have one and it keeps redirecting me to this forum... Now this is very frustrating to me and I am sure there is a simple solution so if anyone could please help that would be amazing!

Hello, I'm trying to register mail service for my domain at domains.live.com, but it says "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case." How do I fix it?

For some reason my domain name is no longer linked to my Outlook account. I am not receiving emails because the DNS does not show the domain name. It's possible that there was an issue with a card expiration date, but now that I've updated my info, there is NOTHING that tells me how to go about getting that resolved. The domain name is paid for. The issue is associating it with the email account.

We are the domain owner of doctorkidsgames.com and kidsgamesinc.net, and want to attach these two domains to outlook.com mail service but got this error message saying the domain name cannot be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. I am using outlook mail service with my domain(www.goldenvertex.com.mm). It was difficult when we open new email account with domain name because it need to make Mobile Message Activation. In our country(Myanmar), it not available for activation. And when we want to reset existing account password, it not include this feature. So, we would like to request this two feature to support team.

Hi there

I am trying to register the domain cocoabaychocolates.com.au with Microsoft services, to allow me to use Outlook.com for email.

This is the name registered to a chocolate making business, and does not contain any inappropriate language.

Can you please advise how to get this resolved as a matter of urgency, as I quickly need to change email provider.

I can't receive emails through Outlook.com. I can log on, send emails, but I have not received an email since yesterday. This is a business and we have a domain name, and another employee also is not receiving emails. I believe we have paid a company, Melbourne IT, for our domain name. Contacting them is near impossible. Do I have to pay them for this service, or can I pay Microsoft. I am not sure, but I think our issue is with Melbourne IT. Thanks for any help !!!

Hello I am the owner of a Certified Public Accountant website for Find Me The Money, LLC my site domain is findmethemoneyllc.com

I am getting an error when setting up my domain email that states - "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case."

This is NOT the case. I do not know what is inappropriate about my domain. I am a business professional and I need to set up emails for my firm ASAP!!

Please assist me in expediting the process and allowing my domain name FindMeTheMoneyLLC.com to be set up for domain emails at outlook.com

How to prove ownership of domain name with Godaddy

I have setup my domain jackcoursey.com at godaddy and then went to windows live admin center, domain setting etc.

From there I copied the recommended MX TXT and SRV records and put them into godaddy DNS.

I have been unable to get the mail to work at this point.

Do you have the ability to look at my settings and determine what I might have omitted.

I can copy each of the statements here if necessary (probably should be a private message)
