proving doman ownership with MX record in domains.live.com

I have finished the steps laid out in the instructions to add a MX record to prove my ownership of my domain. How long does it normally take for verification? Just keeps saying I need to go back to domain settings. Anyone know if this is a wait and see sort of thing or does this verification normally go through right away and I have some setting wrong somewhere?

I have configured the MX records but still its Pending Changes
following the instructions, i have tried to set up the MX & TXT records but it has not worked.
I have set the MX and TXT as show on my domain.live.com domain settings page.

  • DNS record type: MX
  • Host: winnershoe.com
  • MX server: f3ff833dfee44caa64dd0bbb6433ea.pamx1.hotmail.com
  • TTL: 3600 or 1 hour
  • Priority: 10 (or High priority)

Please Help

I have a news Dell XPS 10 tablet. Outlook cannot locate my info and ask for server & domain settings – where do I find these?

I have a new Dell XPS 10 Windows 8 Tablet.  When trying to create my Outlook email account, I get the error "cannot locate" and to enter server and domain settings.  I have AT&T internet, where would I locate these settings?

Greetings!

I've a domain SWASTIKALLIED.IN, for which I'ad tried to add on Windows Live Admin several moths ago.

First of all there was problem of "Protected Word or Inappropriate Language".

Then after contacting Microsoft Community the problem was resolved.

Then I faced a new problem, after adding the domain & setting up the MX & TXT Record of the domain as per instruction over Live Admin, the "Domain Settings" was not getting Refreshed.

Again when I'ad contacted Microsoft Community, I got various type of suggestion from them, like 'Set up MX Record perfectly', 'Change The Admin Account', 'Try to add the domain from different account'.

But none of the tricks got work.

And every time there was reply against reply & reply, some of them was open, some was Private Reply, over every single thread. But no result.

Domain Settings is not getting Refreshed, MX Record is not getting validated.

Finally I stopped trying.

But in the meantime I have successfully added near about another 5 domains over Windows Live Admin with the same process & even on the same hosting server, & all of them working fine.

Recently I've moved the domain to different Domain Control Panel & also hosted the domain on a different server.

Now when I'ad tried to add the domain again on Windows Live Admin using a new Microsoft Id., but the problem is same, status is 'Pending Changes'.

I think there are still some restriction on the domain, for which the domain is not getting added on Live Admin.

Can anyone please arrange the real solution of the problem?


P.S.: Please don't reply with "Configure your MX Record perfectly", I'm not a stupid, the MX Record is configured perfectly as per instruction over Windows Live Admin Center.
