every so often i see a new mail in my drafts. when i open my drafts folder it has a mail with unknown as the sender and (no subject) in the subject box. i delete them but they keep coming back. this is annoying the **** out of me. i have changed password many times and have done full malware and virus sweep of machine.
This is the message I'm receiving each time I open Outlook, together with the last email I wrote. My computer froze and I had to do a hard shut down.  Is there a step by step fix for this?

Regards,

I have Outlook 2011 14.2.4 and am having an issue while having multiple Exchange accounts connected.  I have the options set to not unify folders, and when I send an email from the first account set up, the email appears in the first accounts sent items.  I also have an item in the drafts folder that 2011 tells me I do not have permissions to delete.
Also, when I send an email as the second account, the email is delivered, but the Sent Item just disappears.  I find the email messages in the drafts folder of the first account, but can only see them while logged in with OWA or Outlook for PC, the MAC client doesnt even see them.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and why is this simple setup just not working the way that it should?
My Mac users when sending mail are reporting that sometimes after selecting "send" an HTTP Error pops up, the email gets placed in the drafts folder. If they open it in the drafts folder and resend it will go - my below log shows "The server cannot service this request right now. Try again later"

What can I do to resolve this?  It had all been working nicely unsure what changed.

If you start writing an email to send but have to stop half way for some reason it gets saves as a draft which you can go back to later. My draft folder keeps adding new drafts which I haven't started. It happens a couple of times a day. Deleting them gets rid of them but does not stop new drafts appearing. It happens even if I don't go into the drafts folder.

I have Outlook 2011 setup to use my Gmail IMAP account. I've made [GMAIL] the root and everything works fine except the following:

The Spam and Drafts folder always show a "unread" count by the folder name, even though the messages in that folder are marked read. Is there any way to fix this, it's kind of annoying.

Thanks in advance.
