I just set up an alias and I tested it and received the email to the alias address in my mailbox as usual.

However when I compose an email and click on my name on the upper left, there is no drop down menu to chose the alias as the sender's address.

Where am I wrong?
When I receive interesting emails from vendors or from friends I sometimes would like to Forward them to others. Just got advertising from Adkins Nutritionals with low carb recipes. I wanted to forward the email with links to my friend but can't find a drop down menu to do it! How frustrating that it's not in the Main Menu like it was in Hotmail.

I want to see my groups and have looked at forum answers where they are advised to look at the drop down menu at "All". I looked at the DVD help and they do have a drop down menu. Why don't I?

This feature has been working fine up until this week. Now I can add a folder but cannot rename it on my MACbook Pro. When I click on "Untitled Folder" or use the Rename Folder option in the drop down menu; it jumps immediately back to "Untitled Folder" without allowing any edits.

Please advise? Thx
I have tried following the directions given by various people on how to block a contact. However I can't even find where it says  'options'. On my drop down menu I do have 'options' but that just takes me to a settings page. Nowhere can I find anything to do with blocking senders. Help please... :-)
A long time ago when I signed into hotmail it offered to open me a separate linked account. I did this and now I'm receiving 100 pieces of junk mail an hour delivered to that address but going directly into my main hotmail account. I tried to unlink the account through the options menu but this account simply isn't there. However when I click on the drop down menu of my name when I'm composing an email, there the account is. I really need to remove this second linked account but I don't know how. Any help?!

I have used the "sweep" drop down menu to set rules to specify words in spammers' e-mail addresses which are supposed to cause the spam to be deleted.

The rule doesn't work - the spam shows in the inbox or in the junk mail folder.  Why isn't it deleted like the rule says it's supposed to be?

In Microsoft Office for Mac when creating an appointment the Location drop down menu is blank. How do I access all of the recent locations I have entered manually?
Several posts here refer to the Delete function appearing on the top menu bar when you select a contact or group of contacts. You then press delete and it brings up a confirmation box where you press delete again. But that doesn't appear on my browser (Internet Explorer 9). The closest I get is the 'Manage' drop down menu, which includes a function to restore deleted contacts, but not to delete existing contacts. Am I looking in the wrong place? Does my browser need to be reconfigured? Any advice?
