Unable to Download Skydrive Files through Internet Download Manager?

Sir I have one educational website through I helping students for their studies, I have encountered a problem students while downloading files from my SkyDrive shared files through internet download manager please help me while downloading I got this error what can I do?

Any possibilities to recover from this problem?

Request to increase number of accounts, I can create in my domain name

Dear Sir,
I would kindly like to request to increase the number of e-mail accounts, I can create, from the initial 50 accounts, to 500 accounts. The domain name is tutornepal.com and this is an educational website. We are providing free e-mail accounts, to all the interested students, and as per the applications, we have got till now, the current 50 accounts will not be enough for us.
