HOW DO I GET A PASSWORD CHANGE FOR MY SON SO WE CAN ACCESS HIS EMAIL to set up his new phone?????

My young son has an email account and has forgotten the password, I have tried to request a re-send to my email but Outlook HELPCENTRE's automatic system keeps rejecting my request. He is really keen to set up his new phone and the Apps on it - please

I install Outlook for mac 2011
Wen i try to create a email account the window does not appears.
Wat i do is this:
Tools - Accounts
An then appears a window where i can set up a exchange or a email account.
When i chose to create a exchange account it appears another windows so i can put the configuration of the exchange account.
But when i choose a email account does not a peers any window, i already look at youtube how to configure a email account and i saw that should appears a window where i could put the elements of my email account but it does not a peers any window.
I have already tried to reinstall but it always happen the same thing.
The windows where i can chose os exchange account or email account even froze (the only sing i can do is to minimize the window), and to do any else i have to close outlook and do the same step but it always happen the same thing
can please any one help-me

I had installed MS Office for Mac 2011 on a new Macbook Pro Retina laptop which I just bought.
The installation went fine, but when I tried to create an Account for Email Account from Tools ->Account. It does not appears any window for me to enter all the Pop/IMap details. I am not able to closed Account page. I tried the Exchange and Directory
options, they work fine. Hence, I am now not able to create any Opo3/IMAP account :(
Anyone encounter the same problem?

I have just set up my email in Windows Live Mail and although I can send emails OK, nothing shows in my inbox when I receive them (I know I have had emails because I have checked via the internet). I have tried removing the email account and re-entering it but this makes no difference. Can anyone help?

(5 minutes later) Oddly enough, I have just sent an email from my service provider's webpage to my email username and that has managed to show up in my in box!! Is there something queer going on with the set up? I have double checked that the account has been set up correctly and it has.

Recently I had trouble with my email account, almost a year ago it started sending out spam, so I changed my password to an ultra ridiculously hard one and iimmediately went on my xbox account to refresh it and put in the new password, the problem is I
forgot it! AND IT'S KILLING ME, I got that email account when I was 12 years old, I'm 26 now, and I use it for my itunes account and my xbox and that's it, I barely use it for anything else anymore, but the problem is I tried reseting the password, and I have
not succeeded, ergo I can't play or use my Xbox Live account no more, since the security form on the Xbox chamnge and they are asking me for my password (which I had left save so i didn't have to type it in again) but I need it with for the new security meassures

I tried reseting the password.
I filled in the questionaire that you get send to another email account so they can verify it's really you but I got that email account ages ago (God knows what I filled in the security queston when I WAS 12) , and I barely use it, so that didn't work
either and nothing has worked!
I'm loosing my mind, I really want to save my Xbox account. I can't play anymore, nor I use the online store. What about being able to get the dlcs now?!

I entered to my email account and auto upgrade process worked. With the new interface, I saw only one email in my mailbox. I looked at deleted folder, I tried to recover but none of them worked. I read your forums and I noticed that other people experienced the same problem.
Could you please help me to recover my emails back. I had extremely important mails in my inbox.

I am not sure you can help me but I have tied to sync my android phone to my email account and it will not let me even though I have inputted the correct email address and password. Every time I try it I get a message "incorrect email or password". Can
