I am not sure you can help me but I have tied to sync my android phone to my email account and it will not let me even though I have inputted the correct email address and password. Every time I try it I get a message "incorrect email or password". Can
you possibly advise what I am doing wrong?
After turning my computer on a couple of days ago, I got an error message about moving spam to my junk folder, at which point, I discovered this folder was no longer visible for this particular email account (an IMAP account in Outlook 2010 running on
Windows 2007).
I Googled to try to find a resolution and so far have tried:
1) Start > Run > outlook /resetfolders (and also outlook.exe /resetfolders) - did not work
2) Open Outlook > right click email account name > click "IMAP folders" > query > scroll to Junk folder > subscribe - unfortunately there wasn't a Junk folder option to scroll to.
3) Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs & Features > Find MS Outlook > Repair - MS Outlook did not appear in this list. There was only MS Office Home & Business 2010, so I tried a repair on this, but it did not work
4) Downloaded MFCMAPI and followed instructions as suggested by your Twitter support, but Junk folder did not appear in the list, so I could not 'hide' or 'unhide' it http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/delete-outlooks-default-folders/
5) System restore - did not work
6) Deleted email account and added a new one - did not work
7) Swore at it a lot - did not work
So aside from uninstalling MS Office altogether and trying a reinstall, I'm stumped!
I also have a second email account set up which has a Junk folder - but this is not the same junk folder as I had in my primary account. I think I can send junk email from my primary account to this junk folder, but this is NOT the folder the spam filter
sends junk to for the primary account. As I've had a few non-spam emails automatically sent to the primary junk folder, I need to find out where it has gone.

My email address has years worth of old emails coming in. What can I do to delete more than ten at time? My email account is synced to my phone and I'm concerned that these emails will congest my phone in regards to storage space and speed. I also noticed

Here is a copied/pasted email that I received today. I am not comfortable with the context of this as I feel it is a phishing scam. I sent a reply to both of the email addy's listed. One of them was returned to my inbox undeliverable. So far I have not received a return answer from the "topaz" person.

Hello
I am reposting my issue. It was escalted on 2 weeks ago with no resolution or feedback
1. my email address was deleted
2.my email account was recreated seconds after deletion
3. all my previous emails, folders and contacts was gone
4. requested support on the forum and it was escalated
5. no resolution from escalation
6. i was asked to repost my issue
Is microsoft going to resolve or restore my emails, folders and contacts
why does it feel that I am wasting my time and microsoft does not care
how long do do I have to wait before microsoft restores my emails
this support level is horrible.
Should I change my services to use Google or a 3rd party?
I received the following email this afternoon. When I clicked on VERIFY ACCT. I got a warning message that it was suspicious. What should I do?

My step mom has been trying to access her email account for a few weeks now. She tries to sign in with her password and she is informed the password is incorrect.
She went to fill out the form to recover her password, and Microsoft emailed her back and informed her the answers to the questions don't match and she needs to fill out a new form. There are no other possible answers to the questions you ask.
Please contact either myself, or Susan Caldwell to correct this issue!

I signed into my hotmail account this morning, and all the emails from the 10th of October back to when I created the email account have been deleted. This means that 1000's of incredibly important emails, that have been accumulated over the last 5 years,
have been deleted. I had no problem when I transferred over to outlook, but now this problem has arisen and I may potentially lose customers and business relationships over this. I need this problem fixed as soon as possible.

There is no problem to sending email from these IDs to any email account but cant receive emails. When I send email on these IDs from ID(any aacount) I receive Email sending failure
