I am running Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 11. Up until a few weeks ago I was able to print email messages from Windows Live Mail and web pages from IE 11; now neither will print. Print is displayed in the menu and the print icon is also shown on
the menu bar. When I click either, nothing happens. There are no error messages but nothing happens. I have tried re-installing both IE & Windows Essentials and resetting IE to the default settings but without any success. Any suggestions?

when ever I view email messages in WLM they take along time to apear in the preview pane. doesnt seem to matter if it is plain text or html or with embeded pictures etc. have tried repairing it through control panel but didn't help at all. have ran avg
antivirus, microsoft security essentials, malware bytes antimalware, and spy bot search and destroy nothing was detected. this justb started within the last month. any suggetions??

I recently got a new laptop with Windows 8 and I am unable to view the email messages that I imported into Windows Live Mail from Windows Mail. I have already enabled the show hidden files. Are there any fixes for this issue?

Hi,
I have personal and business email accounts setup in Live Mail. I have created a signature for my business mail account and also set in the advanced options to only use this on the business account.
However, the signature is also appearing in all of my personal email messages. I have set the 'Add signature to all outgoing messages' because I want the signature added automatically to my outgoing messages, but I only want this to happen with my business
account.
Can this be done?
Any help much appreciated,

i have just started getting email undeliverable messages for correspondences i did not send? I am wondering what i can do to stop these? my account otherwise is functioning fine and it does not appear that the settings have been changed. I have tried changing
my password (twice) and it didnt help. i think someone is attaching themselves to my account to send **** email. Thanks for your help and any solutions

Oops, I appear to have done something foolish. I sign into outlook.com and all MS services using *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, not @outlook.com. I was messing around on Windows Live Admin Center and added the private domain ngc1952.dot.com, which didn't exist before.
Then I deleted it. The next time I tried to log into the outlook.com web interface, it set up a completely new empty mailbox. All of my email messages and folders are gone.
I also use MS Outlook, and was able to disconnect from the internet and copy all the messages into a new PST before they got synched out of existence. But is there any way to recover the email data stored in the cloud or is it gone forever?

Hi,
Under skydrive I've created up a group with which I share photos . Till this summer this worked well : everytime I added a folder , I shared it with this group and each member got an email indicating a new folder was shared.
It doesn't seem to work that way anymore . When I share a folder the group members get the access rights but they DONT receive the alert message which I write.
If I try to share the folder with a "contacts group" (ie a simple email group created under Contacts), the recipients DO receive the alert message and can access the photos.
Is there any way of restoring the propoer functionnality for the "skydrive group" ?
Has it to do with a software update ? with the switch from W8.0 to W8.1 ?
Any help would be appreciated .

Yes I have the same problem - it occurred after a windows update, It only occurs out of my live program - if I use my browser and go directly to live mail - I can reply but it's a pain that I cant reply direct from the software - how can I fix this
