I am experiencing trouble with formatting email messages in Hotmail/Outlook.  The email message looks fine after typing but after sending, there are lines / spaces being added in between the paragraphs.  I routinely clean my pc's cache and Firefox history. 

I have researched this issue and it appears that alot of people are complaining about this problem.  But no one has posted a solution, is there a solution?  If not, there are other free email service available. 
  • To send email messages from this alias, click on your address (above the To line in the message)and select your alias from the list.
  • If you set up a separate inbox folder for your alias, messages sent to the alias will go there. Otherwise, messages sent to your alias will go to your regular inbox.
  • You can sign in to Outlook.com with your alias. All your aliases (including your primary alias) use the same password.

  • My emails corrupt into strange, possibly international characters.  We you hit send they change.  This often happens when you end a sentence with "..."

    Do you know what would be causing this to happen?

    I use either IE8 or Chrome and outlook.com was working fine.  A couple of weeks ago I started having a problem with the drop down menus - they were not available when selected.  Today I deleted the cache, cookies, and browsing histories in both IE8 and Chrome.  The problems now are:

     

    IE8 - can not open email messages - there is flickering between the cursor and hourglass for a while  before it settles down - I can highlight the message but it won't open; also 'error on page' displays on bottom status screen; but the drop down menus are working.

     

    Chrome - can open the messages but the drop down menus do not work.

     

    Also, previously IE8 would not autofill my username but Chrome would.  Now neither autofills.

    I want to move flagged messages to a separate folder using message rules. Not sure how to do this as the only option I have in messages rules is to mark the email as priority

    I am receiving all my microsoft outlook email messages on my desktop, mac, etc.. but not on my Nokia Lumia 920. This is the message that I have been getting:Update your account information for smtp.adventistontario.org and tap save. Have tried re-entering my username and password several times already but it still shows this error. I am running out of my patience!!! HELP!!!

    I use Microsoft office outlook2007 for my email.

    Why did I get all of my email messages duplicated today.
    Why are all of my deleted messages not being delited from Outlook.com?

    Do iI need to manually delete these suppoesed to be deleted messagfes from Outlook.com?

    What is the POP box? Is it different from the Inbox?

    How do I delete the duplicate files in my Microsoft Office Outlook with out having to manually highlight each duplicate message and deleting it.
