I have researched this issue and it appears that alot of people are complaining about this problem. But no one has posted a solution, is there a solution? If not, there are other free email service available.

I use either IE8 or Chrome and outlook.com was working fine. A couple of weeks ago I started having a problem with the drop down menus - they were not available when selected. Today I deleted the cache, cookies, and browsing histories in both IE8 and Chrome. The problems now are:
IE8 - can not open email messages - there is flickering between the cursor and hourglass for a while before it settles down - I can highlight the message but it won't open; also 'error on page' displays on bottom status screen; but the drop down menus are working.
Chrome - can open the messages but the drop down menus do not work.
Also, previously IE8 would not autofill my username but Chrome would. Now neither autofills.
I use Microsoft office outlook2007 for my email.
Why did I get all of my email messages duplicated today.
Why are all of my deleted messages not being delited from Outlook.com?
Do iI need to manually delete these suppoesed to be deleted messagfes from Outlook.com?
What is the POP box? Is it different from the Inbox?
How do I delete the duplicate files in my Microsoft Office Outlook with out having to manually highlight each duplicate message and deleting it.

I can't access my e-mail accounts and receive systematically the following message « We're having a problem accessing email. You might not be able to see all your email messages ». This despite changing passwords, accessing accounts from different computers / mobile phones, etc.
Can you help?
