Hi I have a email that I need to use for my Xbox Live, but I can't remember the password to it. I've tried many times to reset the password, and it does say that they sent the reset link to my alternate Gmail account. However, I still haven't received
it, so I think they might have sent it to a different email of a similar name. Is there a way to change the alternate email so as to receive the reset password link?? Btw I cannot do the advanced option of verifying my account because I forgot what I wrote
as particulars. So this is probably the only way I can get my email password restored and use my Xbox Live properly again....
We recently opened a new branch office, and I have an additional email. I do not have an actual inbox that I log in to check email, therefore, I do not have a password for the account. It is only an email address, and we must link it to an internet email

I tried to log on and found that my email password was wrong. Somehow my password got changed, and when Microsoft reset my information so that I could go back in, I found that my information for my birthdate had been changed and my location to Nigeria. my email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I have been experiencing an issue where someone knows my email security question and have subsequently been changing my email password.
I have since updated my mobile number linked to my account and password in order to improve the security on my account but was unable to change my security question and answer due to my account security needing to be processed following the mobile number changes.
Following the change I have since had the issue where my new password is now invalid for my email which brings me to believe that someone is of the knowledge of my security question answer.
Therefore I would like to update more of my security details which I am unable to do because my mobile number needs to be processed with a deadline of 1st November 2013 which gives too much opportunity for someone to once again change my email password.
Since I got this message by password has once again been changed and now have reached the limit for how many times I can change my password without it being blocked

Keep getting this on my iPhone 5 . . . ."Password Incorrect" and it will not update my emails. I am using Outlook, previously Hotmail, and I recently changed my email password, and then it seems the trouble started. Have deleted my email account on the iPhone, have re-entered it, to no avail. I also shut down everything, and reset, that did not work either. My PC and my iPad work fine with that password.
Where do I go to get this solved?
I got locked out about 6 months ago. I don't have the credentials for my alternative email and I've filled out the questionaire twice to no avail. I opened a ticket with Microsoft and they sent me here. I needed to create another email acct in order
to sign in and post. It's a lot of trouble to go through. Help?
I changed my email password a couple days ago and cannot for the life of me recall what I changed it to. I clicked the "cannot access account" option..went through the steps to reset using an alternate email address. Would get a link emailed but every
time I try to open it it says: ...errorcode=106 in the URL and the message reads: there's a temporary problem...try again later. After a whole day of this I tried accessing a new link by filling out a questionnaire recording recent activity on that account
and was then mailed a link...same issue. It's important that I access the account as I have some time sensitive issues to deal with...is the link corrupted in someway of is the server having issues? Please Heeelllpppp!!'
