Once upon a time, as an MS Outlook 2007 user, I was able to switch between different accounts while putting together an email & the signature attached to the new email account I selected would change as well automatically. I have learned how to change the account with Windows Live mail, but the signature does not change along with it.  I have to manually erase & insert the appropriate signature.  Is there a setting I missed?  Is it possible to fix this?  Just a hassel I would prefer avoiding.  Thanks in advance for your help correcting this aggravating issue.

Pete

How do I change the default font so that when I reply to an email it automatically sets it to Calibri instead of Times New Roman.

This works sometimes but not always.

Also when I add an email signature it changes the font to Times new roman, even when I specify it to be Calibri, which is terrible.

Thanks

Hi! How do I get a picture to show up in my email signature?

thanks!

I have my signature from a previous company. I am looking to delete it. When i try to do so, it says forbidden access/not permitted.

How can i now remove it, as i need it gone for next employment and i don't want to have to create a new account.

Do the company have control over this ? i couldn't imagine they do, its just details, also would it be that it was originally created on a laptop i no longer have access too ?

little help please,
Simon
Hi. I want to change my email signature. I currently have one but want to change some information in it. When I try to change it, it says Error 403: Access Denied. I have followed some instructions that I have found through the community page and updated my browser as well as clearing cache/history. Can anyone help with this? I have tried using different browsers as well as different computers.- Sarah
When I create a new email in Outlook on my Windows 7 PC, the email signature is a different size font from the email text font, even though I set them up as the same size in settings.  A week ago, when messing with the settings, it would not even let me set the font I wanted in the signature.  Today it does, but the size is still not working.  Sometimes, and this is really screwball, the font sizes 10 and 12 display the same size in the signature settings.  Right now, I have the sizes the same between the text and signature in the settings page, but when I open a new email, the signature is once again too small compared to the text.  This is very aggravating and makes my emails look non-professional.  What contortions do I have to go through to make the fonts display at the proper size in my emails?

I have Windows 8 and Outlook. My email signature is causing problems but I can't any of the pages that the instructions tell me I need to find in order to get rid of it. When I click file, there's no "options" to click. I used to do this easily in Windows 7. And back then I didn't have problems with my email signature, either. Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Hi, in Outlook.com I have an email signature setup and when I create a new email it shows up fine.  However I do not want the signature to appear when I reply to an email.

I was able to do this on the desktop version of MS Outlook. Does anybody know how to do this on Outlook.com (i.e. Hotmail).

Thanks!
