I use Chrome to log in to my account. I try to open an email and (can not open emails) the only thing that happens is that this message pops up.~ Hotmail was not able to complete this request. Microsoft may contact you about any issues you report.

I use Firefox to log in to my account. I can open any email with no problems and no error messages.

Accessing old email accounts?

Hi, I am unable to access two email accounts I held for around 8 years.
Think it's been over a year since I last logged in.
Will I ever be able to access these again? Or are they gone forever?

this name keeps emailing me with different ending after the @ i want all them block but only first part the same last part is always different how can i stop this person from emailing me i have put on block list and done unscribe everyday there is alway 3 plz how do i stop them from sending to me?immiscibly@

how can I stop read receipts being sent?

I know with my Windows Mail (and we used to do it at work...) you can set things up so that you know when the email you sent is Read/Deleted etc. Is it possible to prevent this notification being sent to the sender?

how do I get back my send list? I do not have a Contact List because it is always getting hacked.

I do not add people to my Contacts. But when I want to send or forward an email, I only have to click on a particular letter of the Alphabet, and all the contacts in that SEND list appears, and I just have to choose the one I want. I tried to forward an email, but could not pull up anyone in that SEND List. So how do I get it back?

Outlook keeps showing 1 unread email in Inbox and 1 in Deleted Items

Outlook (mac 2011) shows 1 unread email in Inbox and in Deleted Items. Deleted Items is empty while I've marked all items read in Inbox (several times) and deleted and downloaded all items from server.

why cannot hotmail be accessed today – busy person with very ill child, limited time to use so might change main email after this

I cannot find emails sent with faulty email addresses to delete it in windows live mail.

Now it tries to send it each time I send/receive mail- its annoying.

Can someone help, please.
