My friends account got hacked. How can i block their email?
I recvd an email stating that some of my account was being blocked and I needed to provide certain information. This came from Windows Live Team. Is this a legitimate email request?
I have discovered that my contacts in hotmail have disappeared. I had removed them from the 'contacts' list on my Galaxy phone as I didnt' want them there in amongst my phone numbers (they must have got there automatically through the hotmail on my phone).
I went into my hotmail on my pc and now all my contacts have gone from there. I didnt' realise that it my phone contacts would sync with my email. Can anyone tell me if and how I can retreive all my hotmail contacts?
My daughter is trying to login to her account but is getting " That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account " We have tried to recreate but dont have the option to create a hotmail.co.uk account which it was.
We would like to keep her hotmail.co.uk account as all the family have the same....thanks in advance.
I have recieved emails from microsoft saying my acount will be permantley suspended unless i update my records. They sk for my email address and password which i think is a scam, Is this right?
My hotmail account got switched to outlook. How do I change back? I can't open my email in outlook and the option to return to hotmail doesn't work. Just says error on page.
I have used hotmail for years and every time I try to email government or some other entity, in this last case, the VA, my emails do not go. They disappear. How can I fix this so that I can email anyone on the planet?

Every time I create a new email or do a reply, a "bold V" appears in the lower left of my "create or reply page". It is easily removed, but I really would rather it not be there. Any suggestions?

I had an email that went to my junk mail. I forgot to place it in my mail box and now it is gone. Is there a way to recover an email that has been automatically deleted?
I have four messages stuck in my outbox, which is invisible and inaccessible. When I followed the advice to go off line and send myself an email so the outbox would become visible, it didn't work, and all the other boxes -- sent mail, junk mail, drafts
-- disappeared. I'm using Outlook 2011 for Mac, 14.4.2. PLEASE HELP! I can receive mail but not send because of the stuck messages in the hiding outbox.
